FAQ (Frequently Ask Question)
Session Zero is a term use to describe the meeting between all players of a tabletop game. During this session, the one running the games describes their world and campaign setting, letting the players know what type of adventure they'll be going on. The players discuss the characters they're going to make, coming up with backstories and planning character building challenges for them to eventually overcome.
At its base, however, Session Zero is when the players form a social contract with one another. It's where you let one another know your expectations. That's what we want this site and its products to represent; an expectation of diversity and inclusion both at the table and in the game itself.
